Shall the electors of the Town of Salem approve and adopt the revisions to the 22 year old charter as recommended commission and as approved by the Board of Selectmen including: (A) Facilitate the use and understanding of our governing document; (B) Streamline language and update references and definitions; (C) enhance budget accountability of the first selectmen and Board of Selectmen; and (D) improve the administration of local government to meet the needs of the town?
