Shall the $3,200,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the purchase of (i) an engine tanker for the East Great Plain Volunteer Fire Department, (ii) a rescue pumper and a large squad vehicle for the Taftville Volunteer Fire Department, (iii) a pumper for the Yantic Volunteer Fire Department, (iv) a pumper for the Laurel Hill Fire Department, and (v) any additional public safety equipment, including communications equipment, as later determined and approved by resolution of the City Council as may be accomplished within said appropriation, pursuant to the ordinance adopted by the City Council on July 17, 2017, be approved?
